Parenting Coaching
Parenting Coaching is an effective tool and technique that assists in taming talk back, handling temper tantrums, and enforces first-time obedience. Bedtime routines, diet and exercise are just a few techniques taught to help effectively discipline children both at home and in public. Parenting coaching is for all parenting styles whether is be co-parenting or blended families.
Weight-Loss Coaching
Weight Loss Coaching educates on the behavior behind weight loss rather than simply techniques to keep off weight. During these sessions, participants learn to recognize triggers and methods of accountability to overcome the “all or nothing” attitude. Individuals will partake in weekly weigh ins and learn effective tools to keep a consistent, healthy weight.
Individual Coaching
Individual Coaching provides individuals the self-discovery they need in times of confusion or lack of purpose. These meetings instill a sense of self-awareness and assist in increasing self confidence through empowering sessions encompassing goal setting and achieving.
Adolescence Coaching
Adolescence Coaching is for children and young adults ages 7 to 18 who experience anxiety, fear, relationship issues, bullying and other mental and physical occurrences. Sessions instill an increase in self-confidence while introducing a sense of self-awareness during prime developmental years. Participants learn life skills to allow them to overcome mental illness and approach life with an empowered, confident mindset.
Marriage Coaching
Marriage Coaching provides couples the opportunity to effectively communicate and build a healthy relationship with one another. These sessions are available for any couple from blended families to individuals partaking in co-parenting. Coaching includes identification of love languages and other effective methods to build strong, healthy relationships.
Group
Coaching
Group Coaching is an eight-week weight loss intensive for individuals striving to permanently keep weight off. Through these sessions, participants will receive recipes as well as physical and mental challenges to shape weight loss and the mindset behind it.
